About Me
Hi There!
I'm Brittany, and I am so glad you are here.

Hailing from a tiny South Georgia town, I grew up with the influence of three distinctly Southern women - my grandmothers and my sweet mama. That means I learned early on how to cook, set a pretty table and make my home a warm and inviting space. My mama was the queen of Christmas, and I am so thankful to be able to carry on her traditions.

I went to school at The University of Georgia, majoring in Public Relations. Go Dawgs! During my time there, I fell in love with the nations and ended up moving to India to serve through my church for two years following college. Upon my return stateside, I relocated to Dothan, Alabama, just a stone's throw over the Chattahoochee from my home town.

I currently work for an education non-profit in our local school system as a Community Resource Coordinator. I absolutely love it! In my spare time, you can find me cooking for my friends and family at my home, spending time with my niece and nephew, pampering my pups, watching football, decorating my home and drinking all the coffee. Mexican food is my favorite!

I would define my style as Southern traditional with a huge helping of #chinoiserie. I am definitely a #grandmillenial!

I hope you enjoy my little home on the internet. Thank you for stopping by!
